The Anahita Beau Champ Smart City (my second successful Smart City masterplan in Mauritius, see also Beau Plan) embodies my commitment as a Masterplanner/ Urban Designer to pursue environmentally responsible management of important rural land resources.

Three key themes feature throughout the Master Plan:

Smart)Est Anahita Beau Champ promotes high value rural growth, helping to re-energise and diversify green economies, rural creativity, innovation, and community.

Green)Est Anahita Beau Champ will be the realisation of excellence in environmental care: treading lightly within authentic mature landscapes; re-energising iconic heritage and cultural features; and creating a wholly integrated rural community in the East.

Healthi)Est Anahita Beau Champ will be the first “Wellness Community” in the East. The Smart City is proactively planned for the holistic health of people, the environment, and rural heritage assets.
